LONDON - Despite virtually banning the use of asbestos in Canada, the government regularly exports the lethal substance to poor countries, according to a new report published today.

DEP testing of area tap water yields positive results
The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, in conjunction with Ambler Borough, recently completed a study to test for potential asbestos fibers in the local water supply, finding no unsafe presence of asbestos in the tested tap water.
