What are the responsibilities of the employer when the employees are being exposed to asbestos in the work place.
This is a warehouse that is wall to wall to cieling with asbestos fire proof spray. The workers spend 8 to 10 hours a day in here with little ventilation, just some old fans. Is this legal?
